Assaf Keren is an incoming Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Meta, bringing over 25 years of experience in securing critical digital ecosystems. His career includes serving as CISO for major companies like PayPal and Qualtrics, and he is recognized as a 5x CISO. He began his career in the military and later contributed to e-Government security for the Israeli Ministry of Finance.

Keren is also an entrepreneur, having founded and successfully sold two cybersecurity startups.
