Biography

Ashley Herd is the Founder & CEO of Manager Method, a company dedicated to providing scalable manager training. Her work focuses on helping managers drive results without negatively impacting their teams, a philosophy she developed after two decades observing management challenges.

Before founding Manager Method, Herd spent over 20 years in legal and HR roles.
