Ashley Casovan serves as the Managing Director of the AI Governance Center at IAPP. In this role, she contributes to the discourse and development around artificial intelligence governance. Her career also includes experience with the Responsible AI Institute.

Prior to her current roles, Casovan was an engaged public servant, holding progressively challenging positions across various levels of government, including with the Government of Canada and the City of Edmonton.
