Arli Christian serves as a Senior Policy Counsel in the National Political Advocacy Department at the ACLU. In this role, they apply nearly fifteen years of experience as a sharp and effective policy strategist, advocating for LGBTQ rights.

In addition to their work at the ACLU, Christian is an Adjunct Professor at American University Washington College Of Law, where they teach on Sexual Orientation Gender Identity and the Law.
