Biography

Arkady Volozh is a technology entrepreneur, computer scientist, and investor. He is the co-founder and CEO of Nebius Group, a position he has held since 2024. Born in Guryev, Kazakh SSR, Volozh studied applied mathematics at Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, graduating in 1986, and holds a Ph.

D. in Monotone functions and Aggregate rankings. His early career involved working at a state pipeline research institute and starting a business importing personal computers.
