Arijit Raychowdhury is the Steve W. Chaddick School Chair and Professor for Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at Georgia Institute of Technology, where he heads the ECE department. He also holds the position of Director for the SRC JUMP2.0 Center for Co-design of Cognitive Systems at the Semiconductor Research Corporation.

His research interests are centered on digital and mixed-signal designs, specifically for high-performance and energy-efficient logic and memory.
