Aravind Srinivas is the Cofounder, President, and CEO of Perplexity, a role he has held since co-founding the company in 2022. In addition to his leadership at Perplexity, he also operates as an angel investor, a position he has held since 2023.

Prior to founding Perplexity, Srinivas gained significant experience in AI research. He worked as a Research Scientist at OpenAI from September 2021 to August 2022.
