Antonio Krüger serves as the CEO of the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence GmbH (DFKI) and holds a position as Professor for Computer Science at Saarland University, a role he has held since 2009. At DFKI, he also heads the 'Cognitive Assistants' department, and at Saarland University, he leads the Ubiquitous Media Technology Lab (umtl.cs.uni-sb.de).

His primary research interests lie at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Human-Computer Interaction.
