Biography

Antionette Carroll is the President and CEO and Founder of Creative Reaction Lab, a nonprofit established in 2014. The organization focuses on educating and deploying youth to challenge racial and health inequities impacting Black and Latinx populations, aiming to build an intergenerational movement of Redesigners for Justice. Carroll pioneered Equity-Centered Community Design, an award-winning form of creative problem-solving recognized as a Fast Company World Changing Idea Finalist.
