Anthony Willoughby is a British adventurer and leadership innovator who was brought up in Africa and lived in Japan for over 30 years. He is the founder of The Nomadic School of Business, established in 1990, and I Will Not Complain, founded in 1989. Willoughby developed Territory Mapping, a unique methodology informed by his conversations with indigenous leaders in Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, and East Africa.
