Anthony Myint is an American chef, author, and restaurateur based in San Francisco, California. He serves as the Executive Director of Zero Foodprint, an organization dedicated to establishing pathways for food and beverage businesses to restore the climate and cultivate better ingredients. Through public-private collaborations, Zero Foodprint aims to team resources with farmers to implement change in the field.
