Anne Rigail serves as the CEO of Air France, a position she has held since December 2018. Her career at Air France began in 1991, where she held various roles within Ground Services until 2012. These roles included budget and team rostering, Head of customer department in Orly, and Head of CDG customer & baggage connexions department in Roissy.

Her leadership expanded to include VP Information Management Ground Services, VP CDG Hub Operations, and SVP in charge of the CDG Hub for Air France.
