Anna-Lisa Miller serves as the Executive Director at Ownership Works, where she is also the Founding Executive Director. She believes deeply in the power of employee ownership to help create an inclusive, equitable, and resilient economy that works for all.

Before her current role, Miller was the Director of Development and Regional Engagement at Project Equity. Her professional background also includes experience as a Public Finance Associate at Hawkins Delafield & Wood Llp and Ice Miller Llp.
