Dr. Anna Abramova serves as the Head of the Department of Digital Economy and AI and Director of the AI Centre at MGIMO-University. She holds a Ph.

D. in international economics and brings 15 years of experience in research and teaching, focusing on ICT and AI global governance, digital trade, and Official Development Assistance (ODA).
