Ann Josey is a Fellow at Prayas (Energy Group), where she conducts research focused on electricity sector policy and regulation in India. Her work since 2011 has addressed critical issues within the sector, including the financial viability of distribution companies, rate and subsidy design, power procurement planning, rural electrification, and electricity markets.
