Andrew Lipow is the President of Lipow Oil Associates, a consulting firm he founded in May 2004. The firm specializes in refinery operations, bulk liquid storage terminals, and provides expertise in crude oil and petroleum product trading opportunities. Mr. Lipow also offers guidance on the blending of ethanol, renewable diesel, and biodiesel, including their limitations, and advises on the Renewable Fuel Standard and Renewable Identification Numbers (RINs).
