Andrew Lampinen is a Member of Technical Staff at Anthropic, where he conducts AI research. His work draws inspiration from cognitive science to understand and improve artificial intelligence. Prior to his role at Anthropic, Lampinen served as a Staff Research Scientist at Google Deepmind.

He also completed PhD internships at Google Deepmind and Google Brain. Earlier in his career, he was an Associate Professional Staff I at Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory.
