Andrew Jarecki is an American filmmaker, musician, and entrepreneur. He is widely recognized for his work in documentary filmmaking, including the Emmy-winning series The Jinx and the Academy Award-nominated films Capturing the Friedmans (2003) and The Alabama Solution (2025). He also serves as a director at Klaviyo.
Jarecki's entrepreneurial endeavors include co-founding Moviefone, a service providing film schedules over the Internet and telephone, which was sold to AOL in 1999.
