Andrew Heyn CMG OBE is a former senior British diplomat with a distinguished career in international affairs. He served as the UK Consul-General to Hong Kong and Macao from 2016 to 2020, and prior to that, as the UK Ambassador to Myanmar (Burma) from 2009 to 2013.
Currently, Mr. Heyn is an Honorary Professor of Practice at the Senator George Mitchell Institute, Queen's University Belfast, where he also acts as the senior strategic adviser to the University's Vice Chancellor.
