Anastasia Soare, born in Constanța, Romania, studied art history and architecture before moving to Los Angeles in 1989. Despite speaking little English, she began working as an aesthetician, where she identified an underserved market in eyebrow shaping. Soare developed a unique technique for shaping eyebrows according to an individual's bone structure and natural shape.
