Amita Batra is a Professor at the Centre for South Asian Studies (CSAS), School of International Studies (SIS), JNU, where she also previously served as chairperson. With over 30 years of experience in university teaching and applied, policy-oriented research, her expertise spans international trade, trade policy, global value chains, and regional economic integration, with a particular focus on Asia.
