Biography

Amber Melanie Smith is the Founder and CEO of ChangeKit, where she focuses on equipping changemakers with the learning, connection, and resources needed to grow their social impact. Through ChangeKit, she aims to make social impact skill-building accessible.

In addition to her role at ChangeKit, Smith serves as a Consultant for National Volunteer Strategy & Coalition Development at Points of Light, a position she has held since 2025. She has also been active as a Public Speaker since 2013.
