Biography

Dr. Álvaro Salas-Castro serves as the President and CEO of The Reynolds Foundation. He is also the Founder and Chairman of the Democracy Lab Foundation, an organization dedicated to enhancing citizen participation, education, individual freedoms, and critical thinking. Additionally, he is a Visiting Professor at Cornell University’s Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy, where he teaches Public and Private Partnerships with an emphasis on Behavioral Economics.
