Biography

Alon Shaya is an Israeli-American celebrity chef and restaurant owner. He is the Chef-Partner at Pomegranate Hospitality, a company he co-founded with his wife Emily in 2017. Pomegranate Hospitality operates several restaurants, including Saba in New Orleans, Safta in Denver, Miss River, and Chandelier Bar at the Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans. A forthcoming restaurant with Wynn Las Vegas opened in 2024.
