Almut Rochowanski is engaged in civil society development, women's empowerment, and human rights, collaborating with both grass-roots and international organizations. Her work spans various advisory and consulting roles focused on these areas.

Currently, Rochowanski is a Non-resident fellow at the Quincy Institute. She also serves as a Consultant for The Kvinna Till Kvinna Foundation and an Advisor for the Women'S International League For Peace And Freedom (WILPF).
