Allison Jean Riggs is an American state court judge currently serving as an Associate Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court. Appointed by Governor Roy Cooper in 2023, she successfully retained her seat in the 2024 election. Prior to her judicial appointment, Justice Riggs was a prominent legal advocate, notably serving as co-leader of the Southern Coalition for Social Justice in Durham, North Carolina.
