Allison Gill serves as the Legal Director at Global Labor Justice. In this role, her work encompasses investigations and research, writing and editing, capacity-building, strategic planning, legal and policy analysis, case work, and advocacy.

Prior to her current position, she held the role of Forced Labor Program Director at Global Labor Justice. Her career also includes experience as a Policy and Research Advisor at Uzbek Forum For Human Rights and work at Human Rights Watch.
