Biography

Alison Wood Brooks is the O'Brien Associate Professor of Business Administration and Hellman Faculty Fellow at the Harvard Business School. She joined the faculty in 2013 and developed and teaches a course titled 'TALK,' which focuses on honing conversation skills for students.

Brooks is the author of the book "TALK: The Science of Conversation and the Art of Being Ourselves," published by Crown in January 2025.
