Alex Krutz is the Founder and Managing Director of Patriot Industrial Partners, an Industrial Advisory Firm. In 2025, he took a government sabbatical to serve as a Presidential Appointee in the role of Deputy Assistant Secretary for Manufacturing at the International Trade Administration in the U.S.

Commerce Department. He is also a Fellow for Industrial Policy, Economy and Trade at the America First Policy Institute.
