Alexis Redding is a developmental psychologist and a lecturer at the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE). She holds the position of Faculty Co-Chair at HGSE.

In addition to her academic roles, Redding is an author and a TEDx and keynote speaker. She also serves as the Chair of Mental Health in Higher Education.
