Biography

Alexandre Carneiro is a career civil servant of the National Treasury, bringing over 10 years of experience in public service. He currently holds the position of Special Advisor in the Programa de Parcerias de Investimentos (PPI) within the Casa Civil.

His career includes serving as Director of Promotion and Infrastructure Development in the former Ministry of Infrastructure. He also worked at SPE and SEAE within the Ministry of Finance.
