Alexandre Mendonça is an Affiliate Fellow at Bruegel, a think tank focused on improving economic policy. His areas of expertise include macroeconomics, labour economics, technological progress, and numerical methods.

Prior to his current role, Mendonça gained experience at the European Central Bank. He also completed internships at Banco De Portugal.
