Alexandra Olteanu is a Principal Researcher at Microsoft, where her work centers on Responsible AI. Her research interests include AI measurement and evaluation, as well as Anthropomorphic AI.

Prior to her current role, Olteanu was a Research Scientist - Social Good Fellow at IBM. She also gained experience as a Research Intern at Microsoft and a Research Associate Intern at the Qatar Computing Research Institute. Olteanu pursued her education at Universitatea "Politehnica" din Bucuresti.
