Biography

Alexa Lightbourne is the Minister of Home Affairs for the Government of Bermuda. In this role, she leverages her strategic and results-driven leadership to execute strategy and improve operations.

Her professional background includes significant experience in both government and the private sector. Prior to her current ministerial position, Lightbourne served as a Consultant at Deloitte and Estera. She also held the role of Vice President - Government Relations at a Big 4 Consultancy Firm.
