Alex Shan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Judgment Labs. His work at Judgment Labs involves finding ways to improve agents from production data.

Prior to co-founding Judgment Labs, Shan was a Researcher at the Stanford Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (SAIL). He also held a position at Juniper Networks.
