Biography

Alex Gilliam is the Co-Founder of Tiny WPA, an organization he has led since 2015 in the Greater Philadelphia Area.

Prior to his current role, Gilliam founded and directed Public Workshop for over a decade, from April 2009 to December 2019. He also contributed to academia as a Senior Lecturer in Industrial Design at The University of the Arts from 2011 to May 2014.

Gilliam's educational background includes a Master of Architecture (MArch) and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture + History.
