Alastair’s experience includes representing issuers and underwriters in offerings of high yield debt securities and other finance transactions. Alastair has completed secondments to J.P. Morgan and the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs in London, and to Milbank’s Alternative Investments Practice in New York.
