Alan Patricof is an American investor. He is the Chairperson and Co-Founder of Primetime Partners. Patricof founded the venture capital firm Alan Patricof Associates in 1969. He also founded Apax and has been associated with Greycroft.

Beyond his work in venture capital, Alan Patricof serves as a Board Member at the Millennium Challenge Corporation.
