Alan Howard is a British billionaire hedge fund manager, born in 1964 or 1965. He is widely known as the co-founder of Brevan Howard Asset Management LLP. Howard began his financial career at Salomon Brothers, working in the ECU eurobond market, after graduating from Imperial College London with a master's degree in engineering.
