Alan Guarino is a Public Company Board Member, CEO & CHRO Advisor, and a founding member of Korn Ferry's C-suite Succession Practice. He is the USA TODAY & Publisher's Weekly best selling author of 'Greatness Code: The Formula Behind Unstoppable Success' (Wiley).

Guarino founded Cornell International, growing the firm to prominence on Wall Street before selling it in 2003 to Adecco, the largest recruiting company in the world. He remained as CEO until March of 2007.
