Anthony Klotz is an academic at UCL School of Management, where he studies the world of work and its future. His research focuses on how employees balance their good deeds and bad deeds, the various ways employees resign, and the causes and effects of different resignation styles. He also investigates the energizing effects of exposure to the natural environment on employees.
Klotz is the author of "Jolted: Why We Quit, When to Stay, and Why It Matters.
