Biography

Aisha Nyandoro is the founding CEO of Springboard to Opportunities, a non-profit organization based in Jackson, Mississippi. Since co-founding the organization in 2013, she has spearheaded a resident-driven approach aimed at ending generational poverty for families residing in federally subsidized affordable housing. Her work with Springboard to Opportunities led to the creation of the Magnolia Mothers’ Trust.
