Ahmed Kouchouk is an Egyptian economist and government minister, currently serving as the Minister of Finance for the Arab Republic of Egypt since July 2024. He was appointed to this role in July 2024, following a distinguished career in public service and economic policy. Kouchouk brings almost 25 years of applied experience in areas such as macroeconomic analysis, budgetary reforms, public financial management, taxation, and macroeconomic and competitiveness analysis.
