Biography

Aephraim M. Steinberg is a professor at the University of Toronto and a founding member of the Centre for Quantum Information and Quantum Control. He is an American Canadian physicist whose work explores fundamental quantum mechanical concepts and experimental physics. His research addresses topics such as mapping trajectories of photons via weak measurement and timing particles tunnelling through a barrier.

Steinberg earned his B.S. degree from Yale University in 1988, followed by a Ph.D.
