Adriano de Jesús Espaillat Rodríguez is a Dominican-American politician who has served as the U.S. Representative for New York's 13th congressional district since 2017. A Democrat, he is notable as the first Dominican American and first formerly undocumented immigrant to serve in Congress.
Prior to his congressional service, Espaillat held positions in the New York State Legislature.
