Aditya Aagare is the Founder of Thermoflyde Industries, a refractory company that serves as a supplier to major PSUs and steel plants globally. He is recognized as a 10/10 IITH Alumni Awardee.

Aagare possesses skills in international marketing and growth strategy, alongside experience in team building. He is a Chemical Engineering degree holder from IIT Hyderabad.
