Adam Posen is the President of the Peterson Institute for International Economics, a non-partisan global economics think tank, a position he has held since January 1, 2013. In this role, he leads research and analysis on international economic policy.
Throughout his career, Posen has served as a consultant to numerous US government agencies, including the Departments of Treasury and State and the White House Council of Economic Advisors, during the Clinton, Bush, and Obama administrations.
