Adam Gleave is the co-founder and CEO of FAR.AI, a non-profit AI safety research institute. In this role, he leads the organization in its mission to advance AI safety research.

Prior to co-founding FAR.AI, Gleave gained experience through various research positions. He served as a Graduate Student Researcher at the Center For Human-Compatible Ai and worked as a Research Intern at Google Deepmind. His early career also included a role as a Junior Researcher at Gsa.
