Adam Saunders is an urban farmer, orcharder, builder, and entrepreneur. He is the co-founder of the Columbia Center for Urban Agriculture (CCUA), an educational non-profit established in 2009. At CCUA, he has been involved in strategic planning, project management, and development, overseeing its growth to a team of 25 staff and hundreds of volunteers.
