Biography

Oleksandr Bornyakov serves as the acting Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, a role he has held since January 2026. In this capacity, he is involved in key initiatives such as the Diia.City project and AI development, and is responsible for strengthening the IT industry. Prior to this, he was the Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation on IT industry development.

Bornyakov has a significant background in the technology sector.
